DiamondsByPost.com is owned and operated by Amit Verma Jewellery LLC, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. DiamondsByPost.com sells loose lab grown diamonds only. We do not sell jewellery, mounted diamonds, bespoke jewellery, engagement rings, wedding rings or wholesale products through this website.
By placing an order on DiamondsByPost.com, you agree to this Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Order Acceptance Before Shipping
Placing an order does not automatically mean the order has been accepted or that the diamond has been secured.
An order will only proceed to shipping after DiamondsByPost.com has:

Completed fraud checks.

International Shipping
DiamondsByPost.com may ship loose lab grown diamonds internationally to selected countries at our discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any country, region, address or customer where we believe shipping may be unsafe, restricted, uninsured, commercially unsuitable, legally risky, or not possible through our approved courier network.

Failed Customs Clearance
If a shipment is delayed, returned, rejected, seized or abandoned because the customer fails to pay customs charges, fails to provide documents, gives incorrect information, refuses delivery, or fails to comply with local import rules, the customer will be responsible for all resulting costs.

Signature and Proof of Delivery

The courier's delivery confirmation, tracking record, signature record, delivery photo, GPS confirmation, or proof of delivery record may be used as evidence of delivery.
Where the courier confirms successful delivery, the shipment will normally be treated as delivered.

The customer must not attempt to return a diamond without written return approval from DiamondsByPost.com.
Returns Connected to Shipping
Any return must be approved by us in writing before the diamond is sent back.
The customer is responsible for return shipping, return insurance, customs charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees and all risks connected with the return shipment unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
Returned diamonds must be shipped using a secure, trackable and insured method approved by us.
The customer remains responsible for the diamond until it is physically received and accepted by us or our nominated receiving party.
No Liability for Customer Import Issues
DiamondsByPost.com is not responsible if the customer cannot import the diamond into their country because of local law, customs rules, unpaid duties, missing documents, incorrect information, courier restrictions, import restrictions or customer failure to cooperate.
The customer is responsible for checking their own country's import requirements before placing an order.
